By accessing or using this website and purchasing products or tournament entries from Midwest Match Play (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

  1. Eligibility

By registering for an event or making a purchase, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete.
  • You are legally eligible to participate in amateur golf competitions under applicable rules.

  1. Tournament Registration & Participation

3.1 Entry Fees

All tournament entry fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Entry fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
  • If a tournament is canceled by Midwest Match Play due to weather, course conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, we may:
    • Issue a full refund, OR
    • Offer a credit toward a future event.
  • No refunds will be issued for player withdrawal within 72 hours of the event.

3.3 Event Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify formats, schedules, pairings, or venues.
  • Adjust tee times.
  • Shorten events due to weather or safety concerns.

3.4 Code of Conduct

Participants agree to:

  • Follow the Rules of Golf as governed by the USGA.
  • Respect fellow competitors, staff, and host facilities.
  • Follow all course rules and local regulations.

Midwest Match Play reserves the right to disqualify or remove any participant for misconduct, without refund.

  1. Merchandise Sales

4.1 Product Information

We strive to ensure all product descriptions and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

4.2 Pricing & Taxes

Prices are listed in USD. Applicable state and local sales taxes will be added at checkout.

4.3 Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Midwest Match Play is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

4.4 Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Custom or event-specific merchandise may be non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

  1. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in golf tournaments involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Physical injury
  • Weather-related risks
  • Equipment-related incidents

By registering, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Midwest Match Play, its owners, partners, sponsors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Property damage
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law.

  1. Media Release

By participating in an event, you grant Midwest Match Play permission to:

  • Photograph and record video
  • Use your name, likeness, and images
  • Share content on social media, marketing materials, and the website

No compensation will be provided for such use.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • Logos
  • Graphics
  • Event formats
  • Text and branding

is the property of Midwest Match Play and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

  1. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Square, PayPal). We do not store full payment card information.

By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of the respective payment provider.
